THE USES OF THIS SOFTWARE WITHOUT YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT WILL CONSTITUTE A SERIOUS VIOLATION OF INTERNATIONAL INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND COPYRIGHT LAWS AND MAY SUBJECT YOU TO CIVIL PENALTY INJUNCTION.
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement (“Agreement”) between (a) you, the end user, and (b) Slot Madness Online Casino, http://www.slotmadness.com (together “slotmadness”) and each of its officers, directors, agents, employees, consultants, suppliers, vendors, and affiliated companies (collectively, “Company”).

When you receive a payment by check, you must cash your check within 30 days of receipt. Any delay could result in the check no longer being cashable. In this event the company is not responsible and a reissue of the check payment will not be made.

4. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS. The User may not attempt to modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or disassemble the Slot Madness software in any way.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall Slot Madness Online Casino be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use (or misuse) of either the Server of Client Software.

7. LEGALITY OF PARTICIPATION IN GAMES. You may only participate in the games if it is legal for you to do so according to the laws that apply in the jurisdiction from where you are connecting. You understand and accept that the Company is unable to provide you any legal advice or assurances and that it is your sole responsibility to ensure that at all times you comply with the laws that govern you and that you have complete legal right to play the Games. Participation in the games is void for whomever and/or wherever prohibited by law. All players MUST be the legal age of majority, which is at least 21 years of age. 10. CASHOUTS.
