Bonus Terms and Conditions
- All bonuses are not redeemable as winnings and thus cannot be withdrawn. Any winnings made from wagers using bonus chips are redeemable, and may be withdrawn. Because NO purchase is required on all NO-DEPOSIT bonuses, the total winnings are limited to a maximum of 5 times the Bonus amount. Should the player win in excess of 5 times the bonus amount, the excess will be removed from the players account before fulfilling the cashin. i.e. If a player receives $30 Free, the cashout is limited to $150
- There is also a play through requirement of 40 times the bonus when a player has received a no deposit bonus.
- No deposit bonuses include comp points so any comp points redeemed will also have the above terms applied.
- Promotional bonuses may not be combined with any other bonus/offer unless otherwise stated.
- All bonuses will be given only once per household, business address, IP address and/or per account, as per our terms of use. If a duplicate account is opened, all bonuses and winnings for the account will be considered void and the account will be closed.
- SM reserves the right to refuse or revoke any bonus (es) or bonus offerings for any valid reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In the case of player abuse, SM reserves the right to discontinue the player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing the SM casino in the future.
- Only one free bonus can be claimed per account before the first deposit is completed. If an account is funded entirely on a free bonus an approved deposit will be necessary to validate the account before any withdrawals are processed. This is stipulated in addition to our other requirements.
- All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that is to be completed on a specific selection of games. Any wagers made on other games that are excluded from the wagering requirement will result in the wagering requirement being incomplete. This in turn will result in the bonus and any winnings made from the bonus being void. The player must be aware of and accept these terms and conditions before playing the bonus.
• For a purchase or bonus offers where a bonus is attached i.e. When a player purchases $25 and gets 200% up to $100 free, they must then wager the bonus and deposit amounts thirty (30) times before making any cash-outs.
• When the purchase/bonus offers are game specific and a player can only play BlackJack or Videopoker then the player must wager his bonus and deposit amounts sixty five (65) times before making any cash-outs. |
Behavior as such shall be considered “Promotion Abuse", and may result in any winnings being declared void.”
- Bets placed on Baccarat, Craps, Roulette and Sic Bo do not count towards the wagering requirements of any bonus given unless otherwise stated.
- Every player's Playthrough Balance, which can be found in the Banking section of the casino, shows how much needs to be wagered before a withdrawal will be permitted. Each bet placed will reduce the Playthrough balance accordingly.
- Wagers are made from or taken from the player’s cash balance first and then from the bonus chips afterwards.
- Winnings derived from game features triggered while the bonus is active do not count towards the playthrough requirements.
- When doing a cash out please take note of the following
• When doing a withdrawal via wire transfers there is a min withdrawal of $125
• For all other withdrawal options the min withdrawal is $100 |
- If a bonus has a timeframe and the conditions are not met within this timeframe, the bonus will not be applicable and any winnings from the bonus will be removed from a player's account.
- SM reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review, it appears that player's are participating in strategies that the casino in its sole discretion deems to be abusive, the casino reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such player to the promotion.
Furthermore, if upon such review, the players practices have been deemed to be "Promotion Abuse", SM Management has the right to take the following actions, at its sole discretion, against such abusers:
• Abusing Player accounts may be terminated with immediate effect all winnings confiscated.
• Players found to be abusing promotions may be barred from receiving further promotional offers at the Casino.

- Taking Part in promotions that a player is not eligible to take part in shall also be considered to be “Promotion Abuse",
- Behavior as such shall be considered “Promotion Abuse", and may result in any winnings being declared void
- SM reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of any offer including promotional and bonus offers at any time. It is thus the player’s responsibility to review this page as well as the promotions page for any changes and updates.
- SM reserves the right to deny bonuses to players if they see fit. Only players that receive emails from SM into the email account registered in the Casino are allowed to participate in promotions that are sent via email. Promotions received via email are for the intended recipient only.
- If a player does not wish to receive bonuses then they can play without restrictions by simply not redeeming the coupons they are presented with. If a coupon is claimed in error please contact support by email, phone or live chat before depositing or playing so that your account can be adjusted.
- There is no maximum cashout restriction on our new player welcome offers.
- Making use of a coupon shall be considered as acceptance of all the terms and conditions associated with the use of promotional coupons. Players are not required to use coupons when depositing and should not do so without a complete understanding of these terms and conditions.
- In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by the Slot Madness casino will be final.
- Promotional offers sent via e-mail or other forms of marketing medium are valid only to the intended recipient.

The Player warrants and certifies their understanding and acceptance of the rules, terms and conditions set forth below:
- The Player must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of maturity in his/her area of residence, whichever is greater.
- Commercial use of SM is strictly forbidden, and thus only to be used for private and non-professional purposes. Before placing any bets or playing for real money, the player is responsible for verifying the laws on gambling that govern the place where the SM software is being used. The player fully understands the rules of the games as well as the procedures involved in Internet gambling through the use of this software application.
- The player will use the SM software application to gamble on the Internet for private and personal use only and not for the use of others. The player is bound to keep his/her User-ID, Password and PIN number secret and confidential at all times, as any use of the software application through the player's User-ID is the sole responsibility of the player. The player will thus not allow any third party, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the casino games in any way.
- The SM game server has been checked by an independent accounting firm and was found to supply fair odds and to comply with the laws and regulations of Costa Rica. The player accepts all game results and the outcomes of these games as received from SM game server. The player fully accepts and agrees that the SM random number generator software will determine the outcome of the games and will always determine a fair and just result.
- The player is fully aware of and accepts the fact that there is a risk of losing money through the use of this software. The player hereby accepts that SM reserves the right to limit and/or refuse the player's wagers if it is deemed necessary. In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of SM shall be final and binding.
- All the payment methods are listed on our Banking page with information on the currencies available for each payment method. The currency for all withdrawals is determined by the player's chosen account currency.
- The player is required to provide their complete, current and full personal details, including a phone number where they can be contacted if necessary. Incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information may result in the player’s account being closed and any bonus (es) and/or winnings being removed.
- SM is unaware of all the tax implications placed on winnings in varying jurisdictions. The player is therefore fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from use of the software. If there is tax to be paid on winnings in the player's jurisdiction, the player is required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities. SM will not accept any responsibility in this regard.
- With the exception of Network Progressive Jackpot wins, SM reserves the right to restrict the maximum withdrawal per week to $4000, and apply a system of weekly instalment payments for amount larger than this.

For this purpose, we further reserve the right and will at times at our discretion demand that players provide us with a notarized ID or any equivalent certified ID according to the applicable laws of the players jurisdiction.
- You are only allowed one active account per household or per business address. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account per household, computer, IP address or business address. If it is found that you have more than one account all winnings will be void. It is important that all player details contained in the Registration Form submitted to SM are a true reflection of your personal information, and that all this information can be verified at any time if necessary.
- Employees of Slot Madness and members of the immediate family of the employees are not eligible to register as players at any SM property and/or to participate in any gaming at the Casino.
- The software used by SM is protected under applicable copyright laws. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the software remain with SM, including images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music and text that may be part of the software. Copying, redistribution or publication of any of the content or part of the software is strictly prohibited. Title, ownership and all intellectual property rights in the name "Slot Madness" remain with SM in all cases
- We at SM reserve the right wherever possible to process any player withdrawals from casino accounts via the method(s) used to fund the account. In addition to this, we also reserve the right to deduct any processing costs associated with the player account and the withdrawal thereto from the value of the payment
- We reserve the right to delay payment of any winnings from accounts that have been funded using an eCheck. This will remain in place until the funds from the Check have been cleared. If the funds do not clear we reserve the right to void any winnings or balance in the player's account.
- We reserve the right to reduce and clear the balance in dormant accounts once the period of inactivity exceeds 180 days. Should you wish for these funds to be returned to your balance please contact customer services who will be glad to arrange this for you.
- By installing and making use of this software the player hereby agrees to have read in full and understood the above 'terms and conditions' and so agrees to be bound by them.

- In the event of any disputes between player and casino, all decisions made by the casino will be final.
